Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive & Style Consultant role that is based on-site in Banani for both Festivibe & Helesya. As a Bespoke Style Consultant at Festivibe, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized and luxury fashion experiences to our clientele. This position involves not only driving sales but also offering expert guidance on design, fabrics, patterns, colors, and styling to ensure a bespoke and tailored experience for each client.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand preferences, style, and requirements.

- Provide expert guidance on design elements, fabrics, patterns, and color schemes.

- Drive sales through personalized interactions, highlighting the unique offerings of the luxury brand.

- Assist clients in the measurement process to ensure accurate and tailored fittings.

- Guide clients through the bespoke service process, ensuring a seamless experience.

- Collaborate with creative designers to offer customization options aligned with client visions.

- Offer styling recommendations based on body shape, personality, and occasion.

- Coordinate and oversee fitting sessions, making necessary adjustments for the desired look.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging fashion concepts.

- Contribute to the brand's reputation as a fashion authority through exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Stylist & Sales Executive or a similar role with experience working with custom fashion items
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons and the team at Festivibe
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for fashion and style
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, design principles, and current fashion trends.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to visualize and articulate design concepts.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
